Terms & Conditions — 999tt Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999tt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 999tt website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

By accessing the 999tt platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999tt platform.

999tt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and/or a visible notice on the platform. Your continued use of 999tt following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

The 999tt platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. 999tt accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

To access the full range of 999tt services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 999tt complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the 999tt platform or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 999tt or any of its affiliated service providers.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 999tt. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or conceal identity — is a serious violation of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and all associated balances and bonus winnings will be forfeited without exception.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 999tt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected] immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

999tt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address not older than three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits

All deposits on 999tt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 999tt, though your payment provider may enforce their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your 999tt account balance immediately in most cases. In rare instances, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to payment provider network conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within one hour of the transaction, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

All funds deposited into your 999tt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of the deposited funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 2. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 999tt does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 999tt's control. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 4.

Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy

999tt operates a strict Anti-Money-Laundering policy. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account, particularly in cases of large or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts subject to AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the review. We are required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally obligated to do so.

999tt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 999tt carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms and conditions page. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, regardless of whether a previous account was closed or a new account was opened.
• Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are available to existing players subject to the conditions stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be claimed by players who have set a deposit limit that would prevent making the qualifying deposit amount.
• 999tt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Crash games and specialty titles may have their own contribution rates, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion do not contribute to the wagering requirement under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets, placing low-risk wagers across multiple outcomes to lock in winnings while satisfying a wagering requirement, or exploiting any error or miscommunication in a promotion's terms — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. 999tt reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

As a registered user of 999tt, you accept the following obligations and agree that failure to meet them constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

Your Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Use the 999tt platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Promptly notify 999tt support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your personal use of online gaming services.
• Acknowledge that you are gambling with your own funds and that winnings and losses are your personal financial responsibility.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 999tt account.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after placing wagers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format.
• Match-fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed through the 999tt sportsbook.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to interact with the 999tt platform in an unintended manner.
• Money laundering: Using the 999tt platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Impersonation: Accessing another player's account or misrepresenting your identity to 999tt staff.

999tt employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited. 999tt reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Casino Games

All casino games available on 999tt — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — are governed by the individual rules of each game as supplied by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). These provider-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a malfunction or software error during a game session, all associated wagers and payouts for the affected round are voided and stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 999tt sportsbook are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. Key general rules include:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of funds in your account at the time of placement. Bets placed without sufficient funds in the account will not be honoured.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements — unless the bet was placed during a system error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed reliability. 999tt accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to network interruptions on the player's side.
• Matches abandoned before a result is determined are voided unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed according to the sport-specific rules (e.g., a cricket match that reaches a Duckworth-Lewis result).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport shall be used to settle all bets.

Maximum Winnings

999tt reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on individual games, markets, or betting sessions. The applicable maximum win for any individual game or wager is displayed in the game's rules or the relevant market's terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a game or market will be capped at the maximum stated limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the bet or game round.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 999tt in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors causing incorrect odds or payouts; events cancelled or postponed beyond the platform's settlement rules; clear and demonstrable data feed errors; or where regulatory or governing body decisions invalidate an event result. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

Closure by the Player

You may close your 999tt account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] with a written account closure request. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Suspension or Closure by 999tt

999tt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting or other forms of account abuse.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

In cases of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, 999tt reserves the right to retain the entire account balance as compensation for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where a closure is made for administrative or verification reasons without a confirmed breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 999tt platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are implemented within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, 999tt will not send promotional communications to the excluded player's email or registered mobile number.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999tt, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to platform downtime, technical malfunction, or data transmission error.
• Losses arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.
• Losses arising from any third-party action, including payment provider delays or failures.
• Any reliance on information published on the 999tt platform that proves to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

In any event, 999tt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 999tt's internal dispute resolution process must be submitted to binding arbitration. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate on the 999tt platform entirely at your own risk.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999tt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
